So, the movie that I am going to do a review on is called "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo", the director is David Fincher, the main characters are Daniel Craig and Rooney Mara. This was the first time I have watched this movie and it was one of the best movies I have watched. I was going to to do a movie review from a previous movie that I've watched but one of my best friend recommended me to watch this movie and it was a very great movie. I had seen the previews when it first came out and it looked really interesting, lots of drama, mystery and suspense and I enjoy these movies. The genre of this movie is drama, mystery and suspense. I believe that the most important message in this movie is that no ones personal information is ever safe and that there are hackers who can get easily access this information; this ties in with the privacy chapter from "What Matters In America". I love how there was a lot of suspense in this movie, some movies that I have seen, have a little bit of suspense and a lot of boring parts and this movie was interesting from the minute it started. The only negative aspects of the movie was the accents that the characters had. Whenever they would whisper, I was not able to understand what they would say and I had to repeat the part over and over again. This movie is absolutely not for minors to watch, because there are graphic sexual scenes in this movie. Besides that I would give the movie a thumbs-up x 100. Great movie for people who love suspense, drama, and mystery.

I was actually afraid to see this movie after reading the book. I really like the book and give it two thumbs up. But, I thought that there would some pretty violent graphic content. I now am going to move on to book 2, Girl that Played with Fire. If you really liked this movie, you might want to read book 2 (there are 3 books total).
ReplyDeleteI like Daniel Craig as an actor and I love the character Lisbeth, who is strong and goes through a lot and survives. Also she saves the writer in the end, that's a twist.
